1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing any product or service from The Sales Channel (including The Fast Track, The Daily Sales Job, or The Mentorship Program), you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with your purchase.
2. Definitions
“The Sales Channel” refers to the parent company/platform providing access to job-getting tools, education, training, and support systems via www.saleschanel.com.
“The Daily Sales Job” refers to the newsletter and job discovery arm of The Sales Channel that delivers vetted remote sales offers to subscribers daily via email.
“The Fast Track” refers to a one-time digital product offering advanced tools, early job access, frameworks, and resources to help users accelerate job placement.
“The Mentorship Program” refers to the high-ticket coaching and personalized support program for serious job seekers and sales professionals.
“We,” “us,” “our” refers to The Sales Channel and its team.
“You,” “your,” “customer” refers to the purchaser of any offer.
3. Access and Delivery
After purchase, Fast Track customers receive digital access via email (within 15–30 minutes, up to 24 hours).
Mentorship clients will be manually onboarded and contacted within 48–72 hours.

4. Intellectual Property
All tools, content, frameworks, templates, training videos, and written material provided through The Sales Channel and its products are protected intellectual property. You may not copy, distribute, resell, or share any of the materials without express written permission.
5. User Responsibilities
We provide proven tools and resources, but your progress depends on your consistency and effort. We do not guarantee job placements, income levels, or specific hiring outcomes. Results vary based on individual actions, skill levels, and engagement.
6. Limitations of Liability
The Sales Channel and its team are not liable for any losses, damages, or missed opportunities that may occur as a result of using our platform, tools, advice, or services. All content is provided “as is” with no guarantees.
7. Refund Terms Summary

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you’ve read and accepted the refund terms associated with your offer.

1. Fast Track — Digital Product (No Refunds)
The Fast Track is a digital, one-time purchase product. Due to the instant nature of access — including proprietary tools, frameworks, community links, job offer pipelines, and AI resources — all sales are final and non-refundable.
By purchasing the Fast Track, you agree that:
Access is delivered immediately or within 72 hours
You understand this is not a job placement or earnings guarantee
Refunds will not be granted due to a change of mind, lack of engagement, or personal circumstances
⚠️ Exception: If you do not receive access within 72 hours of purchase, contact us via WhatsApp for manual support.
2. Mentorship Program — No Refunds & 90-Day Commitment
The Mentorship Program is a time-based coaching and support offer. Upon purchase, clients are onboarded into a mentorship container that includes high-level personal support, strategy, training, and 1:1 sessions.
As such:
Refunds are not granted under any circumstances, including changes of mind, personal issues, or dissatisfaction
By enrolling, you agree to a minimum commitment of 90 days
We do not guarantee job offers, income, or specific outcomes
Your results depend on your participation, consistency, and effort
We do not issue refunds for:
Buyers who change their mind
Buyers who “don’t have time”
Buyers who purchase without reading the full program description
Instead, if you’re engaged and not seeing progress, we continue supporting you beyond the 90 days until you do — at no additional cost.
3. Payment Plans — Cancellable Going Forward, No Past Refunds
If you choose a payment plan, you are responsible for each payment as agreed at checkout.
You may cancel your payment plan at any time going forward, and you will not be charged for future months.
However, no refunds will be issued for any payments already made — including the current or previous months — regardless of usage, engagement, or personal circumstances.
If you cancel mid-mentorship, your access to ongoing support, coaching, and future resources will be revoked immediately.
4. Future Daily Sales Job Offers
If in the future, standalone products are offered under the Daily Sales Job platform, the same no refund policy applies unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

All sales are final
There are no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks
You’ve reviewed and understood the product description
You will honor any payment plan terms agreed to at checkout
